Body Weight

Bodyweight workouts are designed to be complete at home or on the road. 

We have a qualified instructor who specializes in bodyweight exercises. No workout will be the same and you learn a ton of new exercises.

Exercises are scalable if you have any previous injuries or have restricted joints we recommend that you choose the dumbbell or gym-based workouts.

​

The workout will be delivered in full-length video online.

Dumbbell Workouts

Dumbbell workouts will add variety to your workouts. You can complete this either at home or gym. 

Purchasing a cast iron adjustable dumbbell is the most cost-effective method.

​

We will be able to add in a lot more scalable exercises so these training sessions will be a lot easier on the body. 

​

Workouts will be delivered in full-length video online.

Beginner & 55yr+ Workouts

These will be dumbbell Based Workouts deigned to build muscles, increase stability, balance and Core strength

Exercise selection will be functional and easy movements for anyone at any ability to follow.

Workouts will be 20-25mins in duration
